So with regard to your query, if you score 150 marks in JEE Mains exam regardless of your category rank, your rank will range between 16,000 to 21,000. And your percentile will range from 61 to 87 percentile. The percentile will be calculated on various criteria.
Finally after the declaration of result you will get reservation based on your category. The caste reservation is not a criteria for calculation of marks and percentile.
