If I am born in Delhi, did my 10th under CBSE in Hyderabad and 12th under Telangana State Board and my native is Tamil Nadu, which state quota I am eligible for?

Your query is not enough to guide you as which is your domicile residence or which state you apply for state quota. Because you have to mention your highest qualification like which examination you have to give for you want to know the domicile state and your study state name until 10th class.
After that your query will be solve..but if you study 5th to 12th in Telengana then I'll told you your domicile state valid in Telengana. Because you live there so long
