Hello Aspirant,
No you will not be eligible for NEET 2025 because on December 31st 2025 you will not be completing 17 years so according to your DoB you will be eligible for NEET 2026.
For your reference complete eligibility criteria is mentioned below :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2025, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2025 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

Good Luck!!
Since you have not mentioned your category, I shall assume you belong to General Category. The minimum age for appearing in NEET UG exam is 17 years (even if you are 16 years, but your age becomes 17 by the end of year, i.e. 31st December in the year when you decided to give NEET UG exam, you will be considered eligible with respect to age criteria).
So, considering you are born on 1st February, 2009, by the end of 2025 (31st December, 2025), you would only be 16 years 10 months. This will make you ineligible to appear for NEET UG Examination 2025.
