The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in MSC computer science is that the candidate must have completed their bachelor's degree in science stream ie. BSc from a recognised university or BCA graduates are eligible to pursue MSc in computer science, so if you have completed your BSc in mathematics then you are eligible to pursue MSc in computer science.
