If I am currently studying B.Sc. course but simultaneously also preparing for NEET. can I leave the course in between if I get a good seat from the entrance exam. Also if yes then what shall be the extra procedures to be taken care of while admission to another medical college.?

Hello,

I hope you are doing fine, Yes you can. Many students takes a  drop to prepare while some take admission and simultaneously prepare for NEET. So if you are also preparing for NEET and took admission in some Bsc Course then if you get a good college next year then you just have to take the TC from the college and apply to the college that you want to take.
