if I am currently studying in NIT and passed my 12 in 2019 can I give bitsat in 2020

You can give BITSAT only twice that too in two consecutive attempts, first being the year in which you passed class 12th. So, if you've passed your class 12th this year, then you will be eligible for giving BITSAT in 2020. Check out the eligibility criteria yourself:
