Going by last few years' cutoffs, to get into medical colleges of Assam, you need to score around 550 to 560 marks. As the cutoffs of the medical colleges of Assam stay in the range of 540 to 550.

Last year the cutoff of Agartala Government Medical college through All India Quota was 582 marks. You know the cutoffs don't stay the same. It might change this year. Keeping it in mind, you must aim to score 590 marks.
