If I am get 20000 ranking in kcet then can I get a seat in UVCE (civil engineering)?

To get admission in UVCE(Civil Engineering) you have to get a rank within 17000. Since your rank is 20000 in kcet your chances are not that high (if you are from general category) However it is expected that this year the cutoff for BE Civil Engineerijng can go up to 22000 since in 2019 it was 21351 for general category.
