To get admission in UVCE(Civil Engineering)  you have to get a rank within 17000. Since your rank is 20000 in kcet your chances are not that high (if you are from general category) However it is expected that this year the cutoff for BE Civil Engineerijng can go up to 22000 since in 2019 it was 21351 for general category. Karnataka Examination authority (KEA) hasn't announced the cut off or when it will be released yet. It will be released in opening rank and closing rank.
KEA releases cut off after the end of each counselling round.
KCET cut off are different for different colleges as there are number of colleges. It also has different cut off for different course and counselling. It depends on your rank which college you will secure.
