According to your marks you would have an All India Rank of around 300-1500 in general category .Congratulations on such a good score . Considering your marks and category you would get all IIT's in almost all the branches . You will be able to secure old IIT's in almost all branches like EE , ECE , ME,CH etc .You can also secure Computer Science in many old IIT also with your rank .

It is hard to tell you about the exact range of rank since Cutoff varies every year based on various factors but as per your marks which you have expected in JEE advance which is around 200-240, your all India rank might be  somewhere around 500-1000 but then again these are not the exact numbers and since you have mentioned that you're ST category as per that getting into good IITs won't be difficult for you.
