if I am getting 75 %marks in CBSE exam of 2017 and if I want to reappear in the exam of JEE in 2018 can I do and what effect on carrier?

Cbse board doesnt affect mains. Yes you can apply next year.

Yes you can surely do that..but please be aware,if you cannot get an nit or iit or iiit next year and land up on a normal private college then your career might get affected.
