Candidates by now have predicted their NEET score through answer keys released by different sources. As you would be knowing that cut off for NEET is always high. 300 marks in NEET is an average score. The cut offs are always above 600. In subsequent rounds they fall to 530 approx.
Even the cut off in Uttar Pradesh have been high. So, the chances for getting government seat in MBBS is negligible. You can try for private colleges.

You haven't mentioned your category I'll assume you belong to Gen category students.
At this low marks chances of you getting govt MBBS college is almost rare or zero.
State quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category students usually goes more than 600+ marks in Uttar Pradesh.
Although you can get some private medical colleges, if you are willing to take admission then you can participate in counseling and can go for that.
