If i am going for improvement exams,do I need to enter 12 percentage??

To appear for the improvement exam for class12th the following document are needed:
- The Admit card of class 12th.
- School code it is in already in your admit card (but it is required).
- Photocopy of your marksheet.
- Roll No.
