You should make id on popular coding platforms like codechef topcoder etc. You should also participate in hackathons organised by these websites. Of course you can get a job in Google if you are good in competitive coding even if you have done your btech from a private college. There are many websites and online competitions for coding and if your are consistent with your results, companies like Google and Microsoft recruit from the website itself as your progress is visible to them.

The salary will purely depend upon the level of coding you know. Google will keep tracking your progress if you keep taking part in competitions conducted by google itself or where these companies are rather involved.
A guy from my college recently got a package of 24 lakhs per annum just by coding competitively but again it depends on the level of coding
