if i am in regular college of du and want to shift from regular to open or correspondence college in 2nd semester.....is it possible

hi,
see most of the colleges does not allow admission in middle of semester. and if you want to change the university you may need to register your self from first year and need to pay the full tuition fees as well. however before taking admission have a discussion with the college authority if they can takes admission in second semester. hope you may understand.
