If I am not a domicile of Maharashtra or a Bonafide resident of Maharashtra can I get any college through MAHA CET

yes, the candidates from the region other than maharastra can also apply for mht cet.so, you can give mht cet.but the home state candidates will have their first priority .to check other information,please refer this link by copy and paste it in the address bar of your browser.
