No, you will not be eligible to take admission in government colleges.

You will be only eligible to take admission in private colleges.

In order to be eligible for UPSEE you should have 45% aggreagte marks in P/C/M and 40% for SC and ST.

I don't have UP domicile amd neither my parents. Am i eligible for getting B.pharma college in UP? If yes plz suggest some college and the procedure.

In that case...Can u suggest some top private colleges in up.... For cs....?? HBTU comes under govt.Category or private..... Is cs branch in hbtu good or bad

HBTU is a government college.
According, to careers 360 it has AAAA rating which means very good.
You can opt for CSE branch it has good placements.
It takes admission through JEE Main.
