If you will not be alloted any seat in the neet counseling I'm the round 2 then you can party in the mop up round otherwise there will be exit option available for those who want to exit the counselling you can use it.
You should participate up to mop up round to be sure that you will get any seat or not.

If you are not alloted any college in even in second round of counselling, then you can exit the process of counselling. It is not mandatory for you to attend mopup round of counselling. You will get your security money back after all rounds of counselling are over that is, it will not ne forfeited.
Free exit is also available in first round of counselling that means if you donot want to join the college alloted in first round of counselling, you will not face any consequences. But in second round, if you donot join the alloted college, security money will be forfeited.
