First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve to be in counselling procedure and now I would like to tell you that if you would have fill your choice considering your rank and college which you can get based on that rank then you will definitely get a college till the end of counselling. And yes definitely there will be third or subsequent round for you and you may allotted a seat in subsequent round.
