if I am not selecting private college in 1st round of state counselling and govt seat is not alloted can i add private college in 2nd round.. and do i have to pay security amount for private college in 1st round or I can pay in 2nd round

Hey,

If you have not been allotted any college in the first round of All India Counseling you can register fresh for the second round of counseling.

The registration for the second round of counseling will allow you to add or edit your choice filling of colleges. If you will add private colleges to your choice filling list you will have to pay the security deposit for private college in the second round of the counseling.
