If i am opting for upgradation in wbjee counselling and in the second round i get something . Does my 1st allotted seat gets invalid now?

Hello,

Yes definitely after getting another college or branch You will lose the previous option and cannot get it again.

This May happen as you have put the previous option as of low priority than the current option .

So you have only one time chance to avail seats in a particular branch for a particular college,if you get another option then the previous option is lost.
