You can pay the expenses in portions and can stop without paying the full sum yet FIITJEE won't return any measure of charges, assuming you quit in the between. Before taking confirmation, there is a settlement on the application structure that FIITJEE won't return any measure of charges assuming an understudy leave in between the JEE Preparation.
