Dear Aspirant,

Maybe you are not planning your day. Spending hours is not the goal, the goal is to spend the concentration and to gain concentration you need a plan. Make a plan first and everything you want to achieve in that week or that month or that day, distribute it all accordingly.

Then once your distribution is in place, start preparing with that week or month goal in your mind. Do not look at the complete result but in parts. For example if you want to complete on chapter in each section of your exam by the end of week, then to focusing on the chapters which are not in the plan. First focus on the task at hand.

And gradually increase your work load as the exam day approach and you will definitely find the improvement.

Hope this helps. Thank you.
