if i am studying b.tech 2 nd year (CSE) now can i study bsc computers with parallel to b.tech such that b.tech 2 year and bsc 1 st year and b.tech 3 year and bsc 2 nd year in that way
Leela, UGC has released a set of guidelines which state that a Candidate can pursue 2 courses at the same time provided one is a Distance course and the other is a Regular course. For example, if you are let's say pursuing B.Tech through regular course. You can pursue B.Sc Computers through Distance Education but not again through Regular mode. And if your University provides Distance courses, you can also study B.Sc from the same University from which you are pursuing your B.Tech. I other words, you cannot study both B.Tech and B,Sc through Regular course. That is not possible. But you can study B,Tech by attending college and B.Sc through Distance learning programme even if it is from the same University. You can also study B.Tech by attending college and B.Sc through Distance learning programme from different Universities as well and both courses will be valid for higher education and also for finding the right opportunities.
