if I am unable to fulfill eligibility criteria for BITSAT ,then should I cancel my BITSAT registration

For admission to any college you just need to fulfill the eligibility criteria decided by the college authority.
If you fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria than even after qualifying the entrance exam you cannot take admission to that college.
If you did not fulfill the eligibility criteria for BITSAT, than you should go for any other exam in which you can fulfill your eligibility criteria.
