CAT is a Crash Course it doesn't require regular classes you can self study up-to 3 - 4 hrs per day / week.

Yes, you can.A postgraduate degree is a degree which you study for once you have finished a bachelor's degree.So, once you complete your bachelor's degree you will be able to enroll yourself with postgraduation in the same year.
