If i appeared in 2019 for 12th and got compartment for 1 exam and cleared it in 2020 am I eligible for neet and what should I put as year of passing and should I put my school name in neet application

The eligibility for NEET exam is: the candidate must have passed class 12th with science stream from a recognized board. So if you cleared a compartment exam next year, you still are eligible to write NEET.

And the passing year you would mention will be the year in which you cleared the compartment exam i.e. 2020.

As far as school name is concerned, if it is asked explicitly then you'll have to mention it.
