You will get a general seat over TFWS only when you have filled it during the option form.

To make sure you secure admission this time, you will have to fill both TFWS and general choice code while filling online option form. As the cutoffs of TFWS are higher make sure you fill TFWS as your first choice wherever you want to apply.then after this you have to fill the general choice code for the same college or branch you desire.

For example, you want 'x' branch of 'Y' college, then while filling first enter the TFWS code for that branch and then after that enter the general code of the same branch as your next preference. If you do this, then only you can get a general seat if you don't get a TFWS seat for that branch.
