If I apply for CBSE improvement exam this year to get 75% aggregate . Will I be eligible for jee advance 2020.

You don't need to bring 75% aggregate on CBSE improvement exam this year to be eligible to sit for JEE Advanced but you have to clear the JEE Main cutoff to sit for it .But if you want to get admission in an IIT/NIT then you would have to apply for CBSE improvement exam and score more than 75% in it .

How many subjects we have to apply for improvement. In order to take admission in IIT /NIT.

But in google it's written that now it is not mandatory for improvement in all 5 subject for jee .

Yes,you have to only appear for those examinations in which you want to improve your marks .
