if i apply hs again different stream from nios all5 subject after graduation then my old graduate and old hs marksheet will can apply any job?

Hello Aspirant,
The validity of certificates all relies on the job you are applying for. Suppose, a job requires a Science subject at a 10+2 level, then you should produce an appropriate certificate.
If the company, requires any subject at 10+2 level or 10th level and does not have any strict rules about the qualification, then you can produce the old HS certificate you have. Your old HS certificate will be legal for it.
So, produce the certificates, what the company is asking for.
