If I attempt Neet in other state than my home state.Will it affect my eligibility for my state quota?

No, it won't affect your eligibility for 85 % state quota of your domicile state.

This is because,

Your domicile state or state of eligibility has nothing to do with the place or city from where you want to appear in NEET examination.

In the choices of cities for Neet examination centre you can choose any city  of your choice in any state across India irrespective of your domicile state or state of eligibility
