if I attempted 3 times cet in karnataka but at first time not attend to counseling and 2nd time i did , if suppose now my 2nd time kcet counseling I get seat Or any problem

I think there would be no problem if you get a seat in second counselling in cet .
So you can definitely go for the counselling and apply for the seat.
