You might not get good results out of this if you haven't studied the concepts and have a strong foundation of that topics.You will not have a remarkable accuracy, if you study the concepts and attempt mock test it will improve your accuracy and time because you you would know what kind of formula you should use, how to solve it for numerical problems.Of course attempting mock tests will help you but you must have to know the concepts.

What you are talking is not practically possible because without preparation you can score a good marks you can qualify the exam ( by luck ) but not possible to get a good rank.

Because even if you attend several mock test but actually it test your concepts speed and knowledge , you can solve a question only if you have knowledge and you have read about it .

The way you are talking is like cramming and it will just help you to remember some of the questions and concepts with that particular values and in exam the values are not same with last years and also there is a small word in the question which can change whole questions into a different question.

So go with your only key that is hard practice and knowledge and it is the only way to get a good rank
