Dear Aspirant,

Yes you can apply as a general category students in two circumstances. NUmber one is you apply as the general candidate directly. The other way is if you fill in as OBC - CREAMY LAYER candidate that is the OBC belonging to creamy layer which means financially sound category so you don't need the perks of OBC.
