As per the official, The Candidates who belong to any State other than Rajasthan State will be considered for the admission to First year of degree engineering courses. 15% seats of approved intake in the Private Engineering Institutions and 15% seats of Self-Financed category of approved intake in the in Govt. Engineering Institutions of Rajasthan State.

REAP application form is expected to come out in the first week of JUNE, 2019. The Declaration of tentative merit list for round 1 for the candidates outside of Rajasthan is expected to come out in the first week of July, 2019. Based on your marks your probable rank will be 146,143 - 166,143 and your probable category rank range will be 45523 - 49523 and your probable percentile will be 82.3 to 84.3. It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time.
