if I can attemt only maths and chemistry for jee exam that to all questions are correct but I lack behind physics what is the percentile I get

See the percentile depends on your marks and the people which are appearing for the examination . So if you solve all Chemistry and Mathematics questions and all that are correct , then you might get 98 percentile or more very easily if question paper is moderate or tough . But you should also study for every subject as it is very essential because sometimes a certain subject has difficult questions.
