Hello,
No, You can not do MBA after Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Masters of Business Administration is a 2 year postgraduate degree. To get admission into MBA program at any college you need to have a bachelors degree and not a diploma. A Bachelors degree from any recognized university is mandatory to get admission into 2 year Masters of Business Administration Course.

Hii Jafran,
Unfortunately, No you can't apply for admissions to business-schools if you don't have a Bachelor's Degree. Most of the application forms have the criteria and this is the most basic one where they demand you to have a Bachelor's degree. Both XAT and CAT and all others have this as an eligibility criterion. After your Diploma please complete your graduation and you'll be eligible for pursuing MBA.
You can reach out to us for more information regarding admissions, entrance tests, syllabus etc.
