if i can not produce obc ncl certificate at the time of counselling then opt for general category

Hello,
Yes, if you cannot produce your OBC certificate you will be considered a general category candidate, so you must apply for general category while filling the application form.
Now the time for making changes in neet ug application form is over. So if you have selected OBC category you must produce your documents during counselling to get a seat under OBC category.
