If I cannot verify my document before first round then I can verify my document before second round in West Bengal?

By the previous year it can be said that a second chance was given to the candidates who failed to be present on the day of verification process. After the first round of counselling they were summoned with specific dates and place.And that was the last chance. So this year also it may be the same..such notice will be displayed in the notification panel on the official website .
