If I can't get qualified mark in neet I can't get any private cllg around the country for any stream

Since you have not qualified for neet, you are not eligible for only medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS etc not even in private medical colleges.
But you are eligible for other courses like Biotech, b.sc , Pharmacy etc.
