If I change college in second year engineering then does my SC freeship will be retained or i will have to pay full fee???pls do reply

Well i guess what you are calling the sc freeship, i think it is the reservation given to the sc category students , that the do not pay the tution fees in engineering college. Well it deppends on colleges. So as you are saying that you will change college in 2nd year, then if the college has such norms, then no need to worry.
