If I choose float option and managed to get a seat in another collage in 2nd or 3rd round, suppose I didn't like the allotted seats, Can I return back to 1 allotment result and choose the seat that was allotted in first allotment.

Aas the float option says that candidate is satisfied with the seat but would like to be considered for other institutes during the future rounds of seat allocation. Here you will be temporarily allocated the seat once you pay the seat acceptance fee but willbe eligible to move to any higher preference whenever you are satisfied with that option. So it is not a compulsion that you would have to definitely choose a higher pick in case you are alloted one of them. Because after every round you will be given the options of freeze, float or slide.
