When one selects English as the medium of his or her question paper then his or her Neet examination question paper is in English language only.
But yes,
When one selects any language other than English as the medium for his or her NEET examination then he or she gets the neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English.
So ,
if you select Tamil as the medium of your neet question paper then your question paper will be bilingual i. e it will be in both Tamil and English . So, yes your paper will be in English as well
