NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hii,
The admission to college in medical after neet is taken on the basis of merit list.
Your admission to the college of your choice will depend on the number of marks you will obtain in the neet exam.
If your marks will be equal or greater then the cutoff required for the admission of that college you will get the admission to that college.
So check the previous year cutoff of colleges of your choice, generaly cutoff of every year remains almost same ,it hardly varies abot 5-10%. Try to get marks 10-15% more then the previous year cutoff of that college.
Hope you will get the admission in the college you like.
Actually, admission in medical colleges depends upon the marks obtained by you in neet examination as admission is based on merit obtained by you in neet examination , also only qualifying neet or clearing neet examination with its cut off marks only will not help you in getting a seat in medical college , also neet cut off marks for getting a seat in medical colleges keeps varying depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam, highest neet marks etc.
Actually more is your marks better is the college you get , so if you want a college of your choice, you need to obtain marks accordingly . So if you want a college of your choice you need to score marks either equal or greater to its cut off for a seat.
For example, if you belong to general category and you want to get a seat in government medical college then you should try to get at least 570 marks or more in neet examination.
Thankyou
