if I cleared kvpy sb and I am sc candidate. can I join iisc bangalore for 2nd year bsc

Actually it is required that your rank must qualify the cut off rank list of iisc bangalore then only you are eligible to get admission in it. So you check your rank with opening and closing rank admission of iisc banglore and if it comes under those ranks then you are eligible otherwise you are not.
