If i click to generate code its saying ' your action could not be compleared due to an exception' . What should i do?

Hello there,
Please check what exactly is the exception here. If you don't find any mistake or loophole from your side, then first, try logging into the website from either a different internet browser or try the incognito mode of Google Chrome. Sometimes due to huge traffic on a website, technical glitches occurs leading to such problems.
If nothing mentioned above solves your problem, try contacting the authorities by mail or phone. They'll surely be able to help you out.
