if i come under ews category and i dont have ews certificate on or after 1 april 2020 so can i attach the certificate prior to 1 april in jee advanace registration form??

The validity of an EWS category certificate is one year. in most states in India. But some places have the validity of six months. Hence I would advise you to check the validity of your EWS certificate before taking any further step.
If you had got the certificate within the past one year from the date of your application to IIT JEE Advanced, the certficate can be attached and will be considered as part of your application. April 1 means it is almost six months from the date of application. Hence the validity of your certificate based on your state needs to be taken into consideration.
