If I complete graduation(b.tect) with private collage can I apply for DAAD. TO study in Germany

In my opinion you totally can. There are very few institutes under DAAD who restrict students from various colleges/institutions. Even then, I cross-checked through a random course under the programme and found the same conclusion.
