If i completed mechanical engineering course in b tech there is a chance to choose aeronautical in m tech

MTech in Aeronautical Engineering is a professional degree of 2 years. The course involves the study of design and mechanism of flying objects. It trains the engineer on designing, repairing, and analysing different parts of the flying objects.
Now to answer your question, Yes you can go for m.tech in aeronautical engineering after b.tech in mechanical engineering. Just you need to qualify Gate entrance exam in aeronautical engineering with valid score to pursue m.tech course.

You should appear GATE to get admission for the Mtech course in a good college.Eligibility for appearing M.Tech (Aeronautics) at IIT:-
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in aerospace engineering with 60% marks (or) candidates with Bachelor's Degree in any other branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and other allied branches, if they have 60% marks in aggregate and if they have valid GATE score, are eligible for admission in the following discipline. As it depends on your interest too.
