Dear student,
The eligibility criteria for doing MA in Korean language is that you must have completed BA in Korean language with 45% marks.
So, as you have done your graduation in English you cannot do your MA in Korean language. But you can do part time and diploma courses in Korean language and if you want to do your masters in this language then you have to firstly complete your graduation in the same.

No you are not eligible unless you are graduate in the subject.
For B.A in Korean Language
Candidates must have complete 10+2 obtaining minimum of 50%.
English is not absolutely necessary but as a main subject it is recommended.
